Spare Parts for Pumps and Accessories

We have an extensive stockholding of spare parts for pumps at our factory in Worcester. Our Life Cycle Services team offers the option of same-day despatch and next-day delivery to most parts of the UK. Furthermore, we receive regular deliveries from pump OEMs ensuring we can supply the spare parts you need without delay.

Additionally, we can supply a range of ancillary products and accessories, consumables, safety equipment and PPE.

Spare Parts Kits

Pump spares are often ordered by our customers on an ad-hoc basis, as and when needed. However, many of our customers order spares more proactively. They realise the benefits of holding tailor-made spares kits either at their site, or on the shelf at Calder. These spares are then immediately available when needed, for example to replace worn or damaged parts, or for routine servicing. We replenish these spares kits as required. Many of our automotive customers, in particular, find huge value in holding spares kits on site. Ready availability of spare parts results in a dramatic reduction in downtime when dealing with unplanned maintenance tasks.

Complete Calder Package Spares

For each Calder package that we design, manufacture and deliver to our customers, we take the guesswork out of spares purchasing. Our team offers a number of spares options to cover the whole life cycle of our equipment. These are intended to not only cover the pumps within the Calder package, but also all ancillary equipment, such as electronic instrumentation and sensors, pressure relief devices, filter elements, drive belts, and much more. Examples of the spares options we propose to our customers include:
