Offshore Hot Water Jetting

Our HotJet pump units are ideal for high temperature washdown in hazardous areas on offshore drill rigs, platforms and other facilities where high pressure hot water is required. The offshore hot water jetting units are designed for use in hazardous areas including ATEX Zone I, NORSOK, and IECEx. In our standard units, all equipment is mounted into an enclosed offshore-certified crash frame with secure storage for the high pressure hose, lance, nozzles and power cable.

Standard Unit – Inline Heater

The Inline Heater unit provides rapid water heat-up times and is suitable for all areas where there is a reliable and constant =>1 bar water supply.
Performance: 15 lpm (4 gpm) at 210 bar (3000 psi)
Operating temperature up to 70°C available

Standard Unit – Immersion Heater

The Immersion Heater unit is designed for use where the site water supply is less than 1 bar, or where the supply is intermittent.
Performance: 15 lpm (4 gpm) at 210 bar (3000 psi)
Operating temperature up to 70°C available

Bespoke HotJet Design

In addition to our standard Hotjet units, we design and manufacture bespoke hot water jetting packages to suit our customers’ specific requirements. Bespoke packages have included multi-location washdown on three decks of a platform from a single unit, a two-storey unit to meet platform space constraints, and the inclusion of large, insulated tanks.

Offshore Hot Water Jetting Case Study

This bespoke hot wash case study details the design of a small-footprint, multi-deck, multi-user hot wash system.

Waterjetting Safety Awareness Training

We are members of the Water Jetting Association (WJA). The WJA is a trade association representing contractors, manufacturers, hirers and other organisations in all aspects of high-pressure water jetting and has developed waterjetting codes of practice. Our Life Cycle Services team provide Water Jetting Association-approved safety awareness training.
