Water Recycling and Industrial Filtration
High pressure water jetting produces waste water which can be effectively treated for re-use or safe discharge back to its source. Combining our high pressure pump units and water treatment systems minimises water usage and reduces your waterjet operating costs.
Two major environmental issues are addressed with these mobile water recycling and industrial filtration systems. Pressures on water networks, and water usage and disposal costs, require innovative solutions. Through the latest in high flow waste water treatment technology, the water from high pressure water jetting is used, treated and re-used continuously or released back to source. Where water is discharged back to source, these systems ensure you return only clean water that complies with environmental legislation.
This technology is ideal for high pressure waterjetting applications such as hydro demolition, canal refurbishment, tunnel cleaning, surface preparation, road marking removal and many more.
Product Range
MFD R200 – Wastewater Treatment
Filter up to 200 litres per minute of wastewater with the mobile MFD R200 system. Housed in a 20-ft container, wastewater is cleaned to a water quality of less than 1 μm particle size. The process separates the solid material and, after a cleaning process, the clean water is ready for re-use or discharge.
The functional sequences of the filtration system are automated and the pH-value is monitored, recorded, and regulated as required.
ELA 200 – Wastewater Treatment
These compact units are designed specifically for the construction sector. With a footprint of 1.1 metres x 1.7 metres and a low weight of approx. 1,000 kg, mobile, multi-site wastewater recycling is now possible.
The system is able to condition concrete and construction site wastewater of up to 200 litres per minute and, after sedimentation in a skip, make it available as clear water for discharge.
With the optional sedimentation skip and the compact filter unit, consisting of a sand and bag filter, the clear water after the ELA 200 can be fed back into a work process with the required water quality of 10 μm particle size and a flow rate of 100 l/min, for sustainable circulation.
MDD – Sludge Dewatering
The mobile sludge dewatering is a compact and fully automated solution to thicken up to 12m³/h of liquid sludge ready for disposal. The system, installed in a 20-ft container, separates the solids and residual water from the liquid sludge. The result is a compact sludge suitable for landfill and incineration.
The plant is an ideal supplement to the MFD R200 mobile waste water treatment plant, in which industrial waste water, mainly from high-pressure removal, is cleaned in a combined and automatic process and separated into reusable clear water and sludge.
This system is an exclusive product developed by REPROTEX on the basis of experience gained in the practical applications of various customers.
